We’ve adapted our bulk editing option within the Punch List module to allow users to update any fields—such as phase, status, or type—while preserving the integrity of the relationships between these fields. Updates are applied only to items that can be modified successfully, with error messages returned for any conflicts.

For example, since different phases may have unique statuses and associated types, an error message will be displayed if you attempt to change the status or type without selecting a phase, and the selected status or type does not align with the phases of the affected punch items.

We’ve updated the template for the Company Contact PDF export to ensure greater data accuracy, providing a more reliable and simplified output.

Simplify your walkthrough process with our new Signature Sign-Off feature! We’ve introduced Punch List sign-offs to the mobile app, allowing you to collect vendor or client signatures for punch list reports directly from your device while on the go.

Enable this feature by checking the "Sign-Off" box when generating your Punch List reports.

Once signed, the punch list is automatically converted into a PDF and can be emailed to all relevant parties.

Now, sending a form for a Digital Signature is easier than ever, right from the app. Simply navigate to the form’s actions within the Site or Safety module, or in the Day View.

Choose your recipients—whether they’re existing Users or Contacts—and send the form in seconds. You'll receive real-time updates as recipients sign the document.

Once signed, access the completed document by viewing the form’s PDF directly in the app.

We've enhanced the Punch List's "Add From Existing" shortcut by introducing a search function. Now, you can quickly find and add punch items by searching using their punch item number or title, making the process even more efficient!
