Set your own Project Documents Structure
Introducing our new Documents tab in Company Settings where you can customize the structure of your Documents folders to your own Specifications!
Prevent Confusion when Renaming Documents
SiteMax will now prevent users from removing file extensions when renaming Documents. Because our PDF/JPG readers require file extensions, you will now receive an error message if a document is renamed without one.
🛠️ Bug Fixes 🛠️
We fixed an issue where JPG files were not being converted to PDFs when replacing documents in Submittal responses
An issue with Punch List Notifications has been fixed. Clicking the "x" in the notification will now delete it.
We resolved an issue with uploading project logos in the Project Branding settings
An issue with the "Last Modified By" column not populating in Time Reports has been resolved.
