📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

Threshold Management Improvements for Purchase Orders

Managing threshold levels for Approval Workflows in Purchase Orders just got a whole lot easier.

We’ve added new tools and visibility controls to help you manage threshold assignments across projects and users faster — all from one place.

What’s New

Better Threshold-Level Management

For each threshold level, you can now:

  • View all projects using that threshold level

  • See which users are assigned to a threshold level for each project

  • Update the threshold amount anytime

  • Bulk assign or unassign users across selected projects

New User-Based Threshold View

You can now select a user and instantly:

  • See every project where they’re assigned to at least one threshold level

  • View all threshold levels assigned to that user per project

These updates make it easier to manage threshold permissions at scale while giving you clearer visibility into project and user assignments.

Plus! Introducing Threshold Presets!

We’ve added a new way to standardize and manage PO Threshold assignments across your projects.

What’s New

You can now create and manage PO Threshold Presets — reusable sets of user assignments tied to threshold levels.

With presets, you can:

  • Create and name custom presets

  • Save commonly used threshold assignment setups

  • Apply presets to projects faster and more consistently

  • Soft delete presets you no longer need

Default Presets

You can now mark a preset as the Default Preset.

The default preset will automatically determine the starting PO threshold settings for all newly created projects.

We’ve also added flexibility to:

  • Move the default status to another preset anytime

  • Remove the “Default Preset” flag entirely, even if it’s the only preset

Key Benefits:

  • Centralized control of approval thresholds and approvers

  • Reduced administrative overhead and setup time

  • Bulk editing for rapid updates across multiple projects

  • Custom presets for flexible, repeatable configurations

  • Improved consistency and compliance across all projects

Big Changes to the Look of Submittals

We’ve given Submittals a major refresh — cleaner, faster, and way easier to work with.

What’s New:

  • Choose your own Submittal Number

  • Section field removed from Submittal information

  • Workflows now load automatically when creating a Submittal — no more saving first just to see your workflow

  • Schedule details are now separated from the main Submittal info for a cleaner layout

New Settings for Change Orders/Potential Change Orders

Choose how you want your Change Orders and your Potential Change Orders to look in Company Settings.

  • Settings for Change Orders and Potential Change Orders are separate so that each will have their own look

  • Simplified item totals allows for just the basic information to show

  • Overhead and profit as dollar amounts (with derived % shown) shows you what your percentages will show in terms of dollars, or allows you to se dollar amounts.

  • Collapsible sections give you a cleaner, smoother look.

*Simplified item totals/Overhead and profit as $ checked

*Simplified item totals/Overhead and profit as $ unchecked

Delete Change Order Drafts

Now delete your CO drafts without needing to Submit them for Review!

Time Field Changes for Forms

Entering time in Forms has never been easier! No more scrolling through to find the right time.

  • Type in something as simple as "230p" and the system will intuitively set the correct time as 2:30 PM

  • Enter your time in 24h format: "1645" automatically becomes 4:45 PM

Automatically Clear Projects upon Completion

Now, when moving Projects from Active to Completed, you will be prompted to choose to execute several close out actions.

  • Automatically Unassign Users from Project

  • Automatically move Equipment and Materials out of Project

Push Notifications for RFI Drafts

Now, when creating an RFI Draft, a notification will be sent to the RFI Manager to alert them to a pending RFI submission.
