We've added the Submittal "Last Response Date" and "Last Response By" columns in the Submittals table. This will help users quickly see the latest updates and improve tracking of Submittals.

We’ve updated how weekday and weekly overtime rules interact, specifically when targeting Work Types:

If a weekly rule includes Drive Time in calculating weekly overtime, but a weekday rule assigns a specific Time Type to Drive Time, the weekday rule will override the weekly rule—even if the weekly rule has already been applied. This change ensures that time classification is more predictable and aligns with daily rule configurations.

Users with the RFI View permission can now open RFI Logs as a PDF in a new browser tab by using the standard keyboard shortcut — COMMAND + CLICK (Mac) or CTRL + CLICK (Windows). This update follows the same behaviour as the shortcut for opening RFI logs, making it easier to access specific documents without navigating away from your current view.

We've made some backend improvements to support generating reports with a higher volume of time entries. Reports will now display only the relevant entries, making them more efficient and focused.

We’ve made it faster and easier to provide context when capturing photos in the mobile app. You can now add descriptions immediately after taking photos.

After capturing photos, tap Upload to see a description field beneath each image.

Want to apply the same note to all your photos? Use the “Add Description to All” button to populate a single description across every photo in your batch.

We’ve improved the Recent Reports feature. Hidden Reports will no longer appear in the +Add > Recent Reports menu—keeping your interface cleaner and more accurate.
