Time Reports Visibility

We’ve improved the Time Reports Visibility feature to give you more control over who can view and manage reports. Previously, users with Timecenter – Manage permissions could access any report, even if visibility rules were in place. Now, only users explicitly assigned to the visibility rules will be able to view the report.

We've introduced a third access level, Manage, to give you more flexibility when setting permissions:

  • Partial View – Users can access the report but cannot see financial details.

  • Full View – Users can view all fields, including financial details.

  • Manage – Users have Full View access and can edit the report.

How It Works

  • If no visibility rules are set, any user with Timecenter – Manage or Timecards – Manage permissions will still be able to view and edit reports.

  • When visibility rules are defined, only users listed in the rules will have access to view or manage the report based on their assigned access level.

This update gives you more precise control over report access, ensuring sensitive information remains secure and only accessible to the right team members.

📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

Add Photo Descriptions During Mobile Capture

We’ve made it faster and easier to provide context when capturing photos in the mobile app. You can now add descriptions immediately after taking photos.

After capturing photos, tap Upload to see a description field beneath each image.

Want to apply the same note to all your photos? Use the “Add Description to All” button to populate a single description across every photo in your batch.

Keep Hidden Reports Hidden

We’ve improved the Recent Reports feature. Hidden Reports will no longer appear in the +Add > Recent Reports menu—keeping your interface cleaner and more accurate.

Export Shortcut for Submittal Logs

Users with the Submittal View permission can now open Submittal Logs as a PDF in a new browser tab by using the standard keyboard shortcut — COMMAND + CLICK (Mac) or CTRL + CLICK (Windows). 📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

Material QR Workflow for Project Inventory

We’ve improved the QR workflow for managing materials within the Project Inventory workflow to prevent confusion when scanning QR codes for materials that aren’t found in the project or company inventory. Users will now see a clear error message explaining why the material can’t be located, helping to avoid future misunderstandings or inventory discrepancies.
