New Equipment Reports Tab in Equipment Module!

Fewer steps when filling out Equipment Reports. Simply click on the Equipment Reports tab inside your Project's Equipment module and add your reports just like in Site and Safety Reports modules. No need to open your Equipment profile!

New! Master Approver for Purchase Orders!

When using the Approval Workflow for POs, you can now assign a "Master Approver" who can bypass all other approvers in your thresholds! This is ideal when dealing with employees who are out of office or a Purchase Order requires a quick approval. If a PO has been approved by a Master Approver, it will be noted in the Purchase Order.

Alphabetical Sorting by Last Name in Timecards/Time Center List View

With our new First/Last Name columns, you can now alphabetically sort your users' first or last names in the List view of Timecards and Time Center.

New Diagram Component in Form Builder!

Add a drawing directly into your form with our new Diagram component.

Check-in Confirmation Options Added to Time Settings

Now choose your confirmation options for Check-in as well as Check-out!

Delete Your Unused Form Templates!

Got a few form templates you never use? Now you have the option of deleting them from your system!

Important Note: Deleting form templates will also delete all completed forms associated with it. You will be reminded of this when deleting:

Keep this in mind when selecting your forms for deletion.

New Dependencies for Custom Fields!

Target your Custom Fields to appear based on our new added dependencies.

A Custom Field will only appear if another field's conditions are met

Section Field in Submittals Back!

After removing the Section field in Submittals, we decided this was something that was beneficial to our users, so we brought it back! This time as an option you can enable for web and/or PDF in your Settings. Once enabled, the field will be optional and will not require populating!

Descriptions of PO Line Items Available in PDFs

Now see the descriptions of your Purchase Order line items in your PDF. Just enable the Description field for the PDF in your Settings and it will appear in the Item column.

πŸ› οΈ Bug Fixes πŸ› οΈ

  • An issue with the signature being removed after unchecking the "Has Signature?" box in a user's profile has been corrected

  • Our team resolved an issue where a couple of fields were not saving when adding new users

  • Changes to Tax fields not saving in Purchase Orders has been resolved and any changes made to taxes will be saved upon updating

  • An issue with Purchase Orders when sorting by Vendor has been corrected

  • Slow loading issues when viewing a user's permissions has been resolved

  • An issue with an error message when viewing a time entry's geolocations has been resolved
