Multiple Context Allowed for Forms
Now assign your forms to more than one context (ie; Site/Safety/Company/Equipment). This will allow your Equipment Reports to also appear in your Site and/or Safety Modules. Ideal when needing to applying Project-level settings to them (ie; Distribution, Project logos, etc.)
Sync your Equipment Data to Forms
In conjunction with assigning multiple contexts to forms as noted above, you can now sync the Equipment selected in the form. What this means, is when a form has been assigned to both Equipment Reports and Site or Safety Reports, you can fill out the form in your Project's Site or Safety Reports module, you will see the form in your selected Equipment's profile!
Text Formatting in Forms!
With our new Rich Text Input component, users can now format their text when filling out forms. All selected formats will then be visible in that form's PDF.

Keep your Hidden Form Templates Hidden from View
With multiple select in your Context search bar in the Forms tab of your Company Settings, keep your view strictly related to your Active forms only. Simply choose all contexts (ie; Site, Safety, Company, and Tool) except Hidden and your Hidden forms will no longer be shown on the Forms list. *Note; this will be the default view when opening your Forms tab in Company Settings
Save your Preferred Column Order with your Custom Filters
When creating your custom filters with My Filters, you can include your preferred column order for that specific filter selection.

Know where your Team is with Geotracking
Access your employees' co-ordinates during working hours using our new Geotracking option.
With consent from your team, admins can see everyone’s last known and daily position in a simple map & list view.
Note; Geotracking is an add-on feature and will need to be enabled for your system. Please reach out to your CSM for details.

When the Rich Text Input component has been applied in your Form, text formatting will be supported in the mobile app.
Improved Visibility for Document Filters
See what filters you have applied to your Documents. Filters applied will appear at the top of your page.
