Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to edit the status of projects, users will need Edit permissions for either Projects or Projects (assigned)

Transition the project from an "active" or "on-deck" status to a completed status, enabling you to focus your attention on other ongoing and upcoming projects.

  1. Navigate to the project you wish to complete. Once you are on the project page, locate and click on the "Project Settings" option. This will take you to the settings section specific to the selected project.

  2. Within the project settings, you will find various options related to project management. Look for "Status" and choose "Completed". This action will move the project to "complete" status, indicating that it has been successfully finished.
