Timecards - Adding Multiple Time Entries - Mobile

If users need to add time for multiple users, how do they select which user(s) they are entering time for?

Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to add multiple time entries, users will need Create permissions for Timecards


If users would like to add time for multiple users, they can do so in the Mobile App.

1. First, tap into the Project, click into the Project's sidebar menu, and select Timecards.

2. Once in the Timecards dashboard, tap the 3 dot menu in the top right corner.

This will reveal a menu with the option Multiple Manual Entries or Multiple Check In/Out. Select Multiple Manual Entries.

3. From there, select users and Add Time.

4. Add Time individually, or in a batch by clicking Add to All.
