In the Company and Project sidebar menu, many of these modules have the option to customize their view. This can be useful for providing visibility into the project or company details your team needs to see.
Customize Table Views
Begin by locating the side menu bar in the Company or Project dashboard.
By clicking on these modules, you will find that reporting modules (Site Reports, Safety Reports, Equipment, Punch Items, etc.) with table views have the Settings option.
Click into the settings cog above a table to open the column settings for that table.
Then, you will find the Table Settings which allows for changing Toggle Visibility or Rearranging Columns. To hide a field (ex: Location) from view, uncheck the box. This will allow you to clean up your table and hide any details that are not needed in your custom view. To unhide, simply check the box.
Also, you may Rearrange Columns by clicking and dragging any column to customize your order arrangement of columns in the table view.
Lastly, make sure to click Apply before closing the Table settings.
