Web v3.10.16

๐Ÿ“ฃ New Features and Improvements ๐Ÿ“ฃ

We've improved our Submittals Logs PDF, CSV, and Excel exports with cleaner formatting and a more polished look for your data. Your exports are now easier to read and simpler to share.
โ€‹
For our PDF and Excel exports, weโ€™ve visually grouped and color-coded rows and cells. You now have the option to include or exclude Number, Ball-in-Court, and Manager fields. We also introduced a new color-coding system with varying shades so you can see submittal statuses at a glance:
โ€‹
โ€‹Red: Rejected (red), Revised, or Resubmitted submittals (light red)
โ€‹Green: Approved (green) or Approved as Noted submittals (light green)
โ€‹Grey: Closed submittals
โ€‹Light Grey: Draft submittals
โ€‹

โ€‹For our CSV exports, we've added all the relevant fields to give you a more complete and detailed data set.

Mobile v4.16.0

We've added the ability to add negative values when using the number pad.

Improved Safety Log PDF Layout

The layout of Safety Logs in PDF reports has been updated to mirror the structure of the forms better. This enhancement provides a cleaner, more consistent look across your reports and improves overall readability.

PDF Attachment Placement in Forms

You asked, we listened. We've added a new option to the PDF Upload form component that gives you control over where uploaded PDFs appear in your form.

You can now choose to:

  • Inline: Keep attachments Inline, where the component is placed

  • One-per-form: Or collect all attachments at the end of the form with one component

These PDFs are now visible within the generated form PDF, creating a more seamless experience for reviewing and sharing.

Toolshed Column in Equipment

You can now easily see which tools are assigned to the Toolshed directly from the Toolshed column.

This makes it faster to locate your tools, simplifies bulk editing, and helps you plan tool movements.

Project-Specific Branding for Forms

Add a project-specific logo to your forms for a more customized and branded experience.

Each project can now display its unique logo in form headers. If no project logo is set, the company logo will be used by default.

Updated Email Footer Design

Weโ€™ve streamlined the design of our email footers to make them cleaner and more concise, giving your communications a more polished and professional look.
