Updated this week

As 2025 comes to a close and we spend precious time with family and friends, we look back on the past year at Sitemax and all that we accomplished. From adding some wonderful new faces to our team to adding improvements to our platform, it's been an incredible journey, made possible thanks to you.

New Surroundings

We moved into a fantastic new office space in 2025! We're now located at 320 Granville Street, right across from Waterfront Centre, and we're thoroughly enjoying the beautiful view.

New Faces

We welcomed three new team members this year! Say hello to Anton, Illean and Josan!

You all have been absolutely invaluable to our team these last few months, and we're so happy to have you aboard!

Product Highlights

We couldn't be more excited about our accomplishments this year. We released 60 new app updates to our platform.

On top of our updates, we were so pleased to introduce the Beta launches of our new Schedule and Complete File Management interfaces!

Schedule

Our new Schedule interface allows for a smooth Task Management system while you plan your Projects.

We look forward to launching this to all users later in the new year.

Complete File Management

Complete File Management offers full control and management of your files and documents. The system is intuitive, allowing more time to focus on your business at hand.

Full launch of Complete File Management is expected in early January of 2026!

Check out all the new releases and features we introduced this year!

Continually Improving

Our team is always listening to you, hearing your suggestions, recognizing your needs, and we will be working to launch fantastic new interfaces over the coming year! Look for new Drawing Management, Geo-Location, and Records within the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2026!

We’re grateful for your continued support and wish you a happy holiday season and a great start to the New Year.
