Permissions
Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to update data for any forms, users will need Edit permissions for the corresponding form
Even after a form has been created by a user, there is still the ability to update the form's date, label, assigned date, and assigned user.
Updating Form Data
Click into the project, then into the reports where the form is located. Lock, Update Label, Update Assigned Date, Update Assigned User, and Delete forms individually by clicking the 3 dots menu on the right side of any report that has been created and saved.
Update Label and/or Status will allow changes and renaming of the selected field. Update Assigned Date and Assigned User allows changes and renaming of these fields if a form is unlocked.
Locking the form will prohibit any further edits to the form after it has been filled and submitted. Locked forms will appear as seen below:
