Our time center is designed to track the duration of labour and equipment. We give the ability to add materials logs, track and report on Labour (People), Equipment and Materials in the same interface.

The difference for materials is that we track the quantity and look at the value instead of the hourly rate, whereas for labour and equipment, we track the duration.

In the Timecards module you are also able to view the material logs and which materials were assigned to which user within a selected time period.

When tracking time, you can let your users add materials with their time tracking. This allows you to attribute materials usage both to the user and the project.

Select a Project on the main dashboard, click on the Timecards module and select the Material tab. You can then add a material log to track in your project.

Click on "+ Add a Material" to add multiple materials

Click on the Reports tab in the Time Centre to create materials reports or combine them with labour and equipment reports.

In the Materials module, you can also add material logs by selecting the Material Logs tab.

You can also view all the Materials logs in that project in the Materials tab. This will show you which materials were assigned to which user, and when throughout the life of the project.

Select a Project on the main dashboard, click on the Materials module, select the Materials Log tab.
