Project Notices

Remind the right people based on User Titles and Project Assignment to fill out safety reports on the day they are due leveraging Notice Cadences (new). This feature allows you to tailor notices to fit your workflows and to keep your team updated on weekly and monthly reports.

Media Notices (new) give you the ability to create notices that display PDFs, videos, and high-quality images. Use Media Notices to share safety content, site documents, and videos so they don't miss a thing for compliance!

With the ability to create notices from mobile and setting high priorities they are a great way to notify your team of risks and hazards!

Safety Program and Documents

Leverage SiteMax to securely store documents, making them accessible from anywhere. Ensure your team always has instant access to safety manuals and procedures, keeping them prepared for unannounced visits and onsite inspections.
